Brand Pop – Up: Honey Pot Treats
Edibles don't have to be gummies. HoneyPot makes cannabis-infused honey candies right here in New York, and it tastes like, well, honey. Have them on their own or mix with a warm beverage! Come by Saturday to see how it works and talk through serving sizes with the team.
BK Greenery Presents: Cannabis 101
Cannabis 101 is a free, after-hours session at BK Greenery for anyone who has stood in front of a dispensary menu and wished someone would slow down and explain it. Before the shop opens, one of our budtenders will walk a small group through the basics. You'll learn what THC, CBD, and terpenes are, where "indica" and "sativa" come from and why they're a starting point rather than a promise, and how flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, and topicals differ. You'll also learn how to read a New York label, from potency per serving to batch dates and lab results, and why "start low, go slow" matters more than any percentage. There's no sales pitch and no rush, just plenty of time for questions, and nothing is too basic to ask. The session is 21+ only, with valid photo ID checked at the door, and there's no consumption on-site. Space is limited, so RSVP to save your spot.
Historic Walk of Park Slope & Prospect Heights (sponsored by Pax)
Join us for a 2-hour walk through the blocks we call home, led by Hank, a certified tour guide and founder of Historic New York Tours. We'll start at the shop at about 2:30PM (before the tour starts at 3PM) to get some goodies from PAX, head up toward Grand Army Plaza, and loop back through the side streets of Prospect Heights & Park Slope. Along the way we'll look at how this corner of Brooklyn got built, and who built it. Cider and donuts will be provided by Pax!
Paint the Canvas 'Pon the Left Hand Side: An Evening of Painting & Community in Partnership with Major
Spend an evening after hours at BK Greenery painting with Solena – the Brooklyn artist behind our storefront mural. She'll walk the group through her process, step by step, from a blank canvas to a finished piece you take home. No experience is needed. Canvases, paints, and brushes are all provided, so you just need to show up. The team from Major will be on hand to talk about how they grow and make their products, and to answer any questions you bring. Expect good music, a small group, and a relaxed room where nobody is grading your brushwork. The event is 21+ only, with valid photo ID checked at the door. If you know the name, it’s from the tea. Michael and Paul Harney grew up in the family business, Harney & Sons, and now they bring that same craft to sun-grown cannabis from the Hudson Valley. They team is stopping by Wednesday afternoon with new flavors from their fall collection. Come see what’s new and meet the team!

Alibi is a woman-owned brand that got its start in Portland. When it came east, it teamed up with Nanticoke, a family greenhouse in Endicott run by brothers Chip and Pete Shafer, to grow its New York flower. Their pre-roll variety pack took top honors at last year's MJBowl. Both teams will be at the shop Friday afternoon.

MFNY stands for Marijuana Farms New York, and they mean it. They're New Yorkers growing in the Hudson Valley, and they make their vapes with live rosin and resin from their own plants. Come meet the team and see why they've become one of the most popular brands in the state.

Saturday afternoon plans, sorted. Umamii is in the shop with their flower and live rosin. Flavor is their whole thing, so bring your nose and your questions.
Brand Pop – Up: Boutiq, Holiday, Grocery, Pure Beauty
Four brands are setting up at once on Friday. Ask the Boutiq team to show you the Switch, a vape with two chambers so you can go back and forth between strains. Pure Beauty was started by three New Yorkers and is known for its mini pre-rolls. Grocery is no-fuss bulk flower you'll only find in New York. Holiday rounds out the table. Come compare.

High Falls Canna started as a hemp farm outside New Paltz in 2018. When New York legalized, Rick and Tricia started growing cannabis in the sun too. Come meet them, check out the flower, pre-rolls, gummies, and vapes, and hear what farming in the Hudson Valley is really like.

Sesh & Succulents: Painting Class with Solena
We're teaming up with local artist Solena (you know their work from the arch mural in the shop) for a pop-up paint session with a twist: succulents instead of canvas. Grab a pot, a plant, and a full palette, then make it yours. Go minimal, go maximalist, go full glitter — whatever's calling to you.
Paint, bedazzle, and take home your own mini succulent. All materials included, just bring yourself. RSVP required
